Dusty Rose Ruffle Summer Dress

Although, it is new with tag, it does have some black stains from a plastic bag. It's on the right hand of chest area. See the last two photos. The dress is light, and summery. I personally feel the stain is hardly noticeable. Item is from a smoke free and pet free home.
