Dynamite Off-the-Shoulder Blue & White Striped Top (Size Large)

Blue & white Dynamite woven top in size large featuring a round neckline, long bishop sleeves, and smocked ruffles trim. Worn once to dinner. Little rip in off shoulder trim at back. Likely ripped when purchased and I did not notice.
