The Rosie is my favourite silhouette. These jeans are so comfy and create such a nice shape. The 23 will fit a 24 as with wear they will stretch (as denim does). I have only worn this pair a couple of times so the denim is still stiff but with regular wear they become really soft and comfortable. _sunflower_11 @cxvrtney inseam is 28 inches and waist is 23; however, with wear denim naturally stretches. I hadn’t worn these tons but I was able to comfortably wear them with a size 24 waist!
