Dynamite Short Sleeve Smocked Crop Blouse

Super cute, slightly square neck top with tiny floral patterns and button details. You can't really see the buttons because they blend in with the floral pattern. Please see last photo. The blouse has short puffy sleeves and a smocked back. Looks great with high waisted jeans. I can't pull it off for the life of me. That's why it's NEVER WORN. Please see all photos. Selling as is!
