Dynamite v-neck sheer short sleeve top

Dynamite royal blue short sleeve top with v-neck and open back. Top is sheer so it would require an undershirt. Tag says extra small but this shirt is oversized. Measurements are shown in the photos but the shirt is more like a medium or an oversized small. Excellent condition, no major flaws.
