Yes the material has slight stretch- it’s 77% polyester, 19% rayon and 4% spandex -it’s like a thicker polyester blend jersey shirt material Straps are adjustable Measurements laid flat below: Pit to pit:14.5” Below bust:13.5” Side to side at end seam: 13” Approximate length from shoulder to end seam: 15” (still can lengthen straps more) Please let me know if you have any additional questions, thank you!
