ECI New York Floral and Paisley Patterned Dress

Vibrant dress with floral and paisley patterns by ECI New York in size 10. This is in EUC with no signs of wear . Features purple, coral , yellow , and black colors. This is so pretty with a boat neck and 3/4 sleeves . Fabric is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Lightweight and stretchy . PTP is 18”, stretches to 20”.
