Super cute, short vintage looking mini skirt. To be worn on hips. Slight stretch. Exposed Zipper in center back. Inset pockets on front thighs. I loved the look but never wore myself. Tag says made in Rio! Brand - Eclectic, Rio de Janero Size - approx 27 waist Fabric - unknown. Tag appears to be in another language, but best guess is a cotton/elastane in a twill knit style. Very little stretch.
