ECLIPSE Purple Dress/Shirt

Lacey Purple Dress Eclipse says size small on tag, I find it to be a little wide. Could be a long shirt?? but I believe it to actually be a very short dress.... it's up to the buyer how they decide to wear and style it though. *will be looking for a measuring tape
