This vintage collectable ashyray. Can be used as a candy dish or trinket dish. Or for whatever your heart desires.
It measures approximately 7"×7"×4".
The base is not clear. Minor little scratches on bottom. And a slight FLEA BITE, on base.

You are right that the bottom is clear.
the fact that there is minor usage scratches, made me doubtful.
