Dark Blue Silk Satin Strapless Dress with Sweetheart Neckline, XS

This dark blue strapless dress features a lot of pleated accents around the sweetheart neckline, the vertical lines of the corset-style bodice, and the extravagant pinwheel flowers on the skirt. No label; likely bespoke. The back of the dress does zip up to the top, it is just that the dress won’t zip up on my mannequin (mannequin approx a US size 8). There is a strip of fabric and a series of hook and eye closures beneath the back zipper to secure the ‘corset top’ before zipping up the back of the dress. In the final pictures, I have tried to show this with the dress inside out. Beneath the top layer are 2 layers of tulle and a built in slip.
