This Elite made in Canada blouse has an allover paisley pattern, buttons down the front, wide sleeves that gather at the wrist and do up with a button at the cuff and a tie at the neck for a bow. No collar. Shoulder pads. Wear the tie it tied in a bow or leave it long with a few buttons undone. Blue, pink, brown, purple, red, black pattern. Black buttons.
