This beautiful and cheerful ELLA Rafaella maxi dress is a size 3X in a bright red, white, blue and black floral print. It has a V-neckline and pointed collar, button front to the waist, long sleeves that close with pearly white buttons, a draped tummy area and wide elasticized waist at the back.
