astewartv Hi @clarku, The skirt is a size small. The waist measures about 27 inches when it is not stretched. I just tried stretching the waist and measuring it at its full elasticity. It stretches out to about 35 inches. I have added two photos of the front width measurement of the waist. Unstretched, it measures about 1 foot, 1.5 inches. Stretched, it measures about 1 foot, 5 inches. If you have any other questions, please let me know!
