ENGLISH FACTORY Elastic Detail Sleeveless Dress

I bought this dress to wear at a spring wedding. It is new with tags and fantastic quality. I'm 5' 2" and the top needed some tailoring to fit properly, so I decided to go with something I could buy in a petite/short size instead. I'd recommended this dress to someone who is 5' 4" and up, sizes 8-10. Coverage on this is great, I am 34dd and had no side boob!
