Escada From around the late 90s It is almost new as I’ve only used it a few times. However the magnet closure is very strong and ripped out as I was trying to separate it. You could just seam rip the closure and it will just be an open bag or you could replace the leather flap. It is still a very beautiful and quality made bag. Dark brown
