EUC Beautiful flared skirt in size 32

This skirt is absolutely pretty. Has bead work and sequins on the bottom. Bought in South America a few years ago. The tag on the inside doesn’t say what type of fabric it is but I’m guessing it is cotton because it was bought in a hot country. Has a short lining underneath and a hidden side zipper.
