Very pretty black Kookai skirt with elastic waist and slit in front. Some minor teeth marks from hanger that will be steamed out.
Measurements are laid flat:

Hi is the material stretchy even there’s no spandex or elastics components in the material label?

@yuragon Hi there, yes it has some stretch. The waist is elastic so it can stretch another couple of inches. I remeasured the skirt and it sits around 17.5 inches and can stretch another inch to inch and a half easily. Hope this helps. I also have a Mexx skirt with a slit too that has some stretch to it if you’re interested. Thanks
