psudilindsay hi is 38 size 8 also ate they below the knee for are they considered tall.

stacypenelopen @psudilindsay hi, no they are not considered a US size 8. I listed the size conversions under the description. I guess it would depend on how long your legs are but they are below the knee on my legs. I have also listed the measurements under the description. thanks for your interest
