EUC Cougar rubber boots with neoprene lining, size 9, black

These are cute "Chelsea-style" ankle booties with pull-on tabs on the front and back of the ankle. Easy to step in and out of (without your sock falling off, lol). Brand: Cougar Size: 8.5 or 9 (or possibly EUR 39). Likely a size 9 based on measurements - the rubber sole is almost 11". Colour: black Material: rubber outer with neoprene inner/lining. Condition: EUC (excellent used condition). I've had these for awhile but they've probably been worn less than 10 times total. Outside of boot looks fantastic. Only sign of wear on the inside is the size label/tag has worn away and there's minimal/minor pilling or fuzz on the removable insole. They're a classy little rain boot but they're just too narrow for me! I assume they're supposed to be regular/medium width, but they just don't work for me. My feet are a little on the wider side (I can wear wide width and some regular width shoes) so if you have regular/medium width feet they should be fine. They're also supposed to be good to -20 or -30 degrees or something (don't recall exact temp) but I never found them that warm to be honest (though I'm in Winnipeg where it's dry and cold). They were a good transition/shoulder season that I'd still wear if they fit.
