In the 1950s, he presented his own collection in New York. For the first time, this collection had the typical "A" in the shape of a horseshoe - from there it went on to Munich. Here, Etienne Aigner met Heiner H. Rankl, a businessman with an unerring feeling for the future and a sense of tradition. And so, the cult brand AIGNER was born in Munich in 1965.
