Size M. Worn twice, washed once - EUC. Great little high-waist denim mini skirt. Super sturdy material and will last a long time! Definitely one of Forever 21’s better quality items. Selling because it doesn’t fit me anymore. Colour is a washed black, with distressed details on hemline and pockets. Colour is true to pics! Note - Material doesn’t stretch much at all.
