EUC Fun and funky green, yellow and blue handmade silvertone necklace

This is a fun piece for summer. I can't tell if it's fused glass or ?? -it's definitely handmade. Chain is silvertone. I bought it at a farmer's market to go with a blue top and it looked great. Size is in the photo. Bundle for savings, or make me an offer.
