This sequin pencil skirt by Joseph Ribkoff comes with straight cut, knee-length hem and slip-on style waistband. Lined. * 97% Polyester, 3% Spandex * Elastic waist * No pockets * No zipper Size tag was removed, but pretty certain this is a size 14. Measuring 17.5” at waist, 22 3/4” length from middle of the waist to middle of the hem, 21” across hem. Last photo to show a few stitches have come apart at the bottom hem, but the thread is still in tact. Nothing that would impact the look of this fabulous skirt in anyway. These are stitches that the sequinned fabric used to bind with the inside edging… very typical with sequinned fabrics. No sequins missing that I can see and I have looked very carefully.
