Beautiful dress that screams summertime! Can be worn on or off shoulder and has a Mexican flair to it. Would be great at a resort. The waist is elastic and the cords are decorative and don’t sinch the waist at all. The material is thick and feels to be great quality. One teeny spot on the back frill area, but might also be part of the material. It also has pockets!!
