EUC Le Chateau, Sz 11/12 Midi Mermaid Skirt

This retro-inspired midi mermaid skirt is in excellent used condition. It’s a beautiful high-waisted style, with seaming and button details that make it super flattering- accentuating curves! I am 5’9” and it hit me about mid calf for length. There is no material tag inside, but the skirt feels like a cotton/poly blend suiting fabric with a touch of stretch. It has a lining inside which has a bit of wear- some tearing at the base of the zipper, and one spot where a button was sewn back on through the lining (see photos). Exterior or the skirt is in great condition with no rips, tears or stains. The fabric does have a white fleck to it that shows as a more prominent fleck in some spots (see close up photo, which also shows the colour of the skirt more accurately.) The last two photos are not the skirt being sold but gives a good idea of fit. Approximate measurements lying flat: length-33.5”, waist-16”, hips-19 3/4”. From a smoke free/pet free home.
