EUC Magic Blue Maxi Dress 2x

EUC Purchased on posh but not my style Lots of stretch! Smocked bust area. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. Beautiful electric blue either patterns of odd white, taupe, orange, black and pink swirled throughout. No material tag but feels like a poly/spandex blend. Ptp and waist flat lay approx 15” but stretches significantly and easily to 25”+. I have a 51” bust and no issue fitting into this. Length shoulder to hem approx 55”
