EUC Missy B Blouse with Open Back in Black with White Polka Dots

Very easy to wear blouse with open back and back tie. This works with jeans, dress pants or a skirt. Needs a tank underneath but you can make it a little more interesting with different colour, like red. Great for work or casual wear. And who doesn't like polka dots.
