This modern made mod cape is just to die for. Featuring a tie waist and a good heavy fabric, it is a perfect fall jacket! IMPORTANT: in excellent shape but missing second button from top. Does not affect shape of garment when worn. From Novelti Adorable Junior, but appears to fit like a true Medium as the tag says.
