EUC Swarovski heart necklace

It was a gift many years ago, but the person underestimated my age...so I maybe wore 1-2 times and it's been sitting in the original box with the original tags. the only imperfection is some faint marks on the back of the metal of the heart from the butterfly dangle. approximately 15"+2.75" extention
