EUC Sweater Tunic/Dress

EUC. Loved this piece so much but sadly is too small now. Tags have fallen off, no rips stains or pilling. Body on with bottom peplum/ruffle with wrap top and long sleeves. Would fit xxs or xs, has a lot of stretch. Purchased in early 2000
