EUC Vintage black tunic sparkly V neck “Slinky” By Picadilly Fashion Made in Canada. Long sleeved black tunic. V neck. 4 rows of crystal “beads” around V neck. Small-medium shoulder pads. Size: small (but Picadilly Fashion fits are generous). Not too heavy, good for year round use and travel. Gently used. No pilling. No snags. No fading. No missing crystals. Slight tear on shoulder pad seam. Pit to pit: 19” Hem: 19.25” Base of rear neckline to hem: 25” Super value compared to Joseph Ribkoff, Frank Lyman, and Sympli. Not as heavy and lasts a long time!
