I wore these only 2-3 times indoors walking on a treadmill and once outdoors walking on pavement. They are pristine, practically brand-new, other than discolouration on the bottom of the soles from the one-time outdoor use. Fits pretty true-to-size in my opinion. The sole has a bit of height to it and the front of the sole rounds upwards a bit (which makes sense for runners, to help propel you forward).
