Reposhing this item I purchased from @reddeerposher. Extremely comfortable, but lost weight and it no longer fits.
Note that when I purchased it, it did not include the inserts/pads. I just used ones I already had and they worked fine.
It fits a wide range of sizes (see size chart in images).
