Excel navy blue scrub pants. 72% polyester, 22% rayon and 6% spandex. Size Large Petite. The measurements are approximately 27" inseam, waistband is 17" across, rise 9" and opening at the bottom of the pant leg is 8". I am 5'2 and these are a perfect length. No flaws to note.
