EXPRESS Bell Sleeve Dress

This dress is so fun, so sad to be parting with it! Lightweight rayon material, with front princess seams for a flattering fit. Full invisible zip in the back makes it easy to take on and off. Bell sleeves that flair from the elbow add such a fun detail! The sleeves are a tad snug though, so I’ve added the flat upper sleeve measurement as well, so double check that too!
