Eagle’s Head Pendant with Silk Cord

This eagle’s head hangs from a black silk cord. Excellent condition. His eyes are cool. His beak could poke an eye out. I’m not sure, but I think he was made of some type of horn. Thanks for looking and please let me know if you have any questions.
