kysuea @drk921 Hi! the bottom of the ear climber has a single post that goes through a piercing. And the top of the ear climber, if I remember correctly, it's like a clamp. You can see it in the first photo. So it just clips/secures the climber to the top of your ear. No upper piercing required. 😊
