This early 2000 Tara Jarmon top is very retro looking. It was purchased and never worn. It is made of cotton with a ruban and bow under the chest. The staps are ajustable. Please look closely at the measurements to see if it fits: across under the bust 15 inches (bust must be fuller to fit the cups), length taken from the top of the strap 18.5 inches.
