Early 80s Cerulean Blue Day Dress with High Neck Collar & Shoulder Buttons

The early 80s swooped in and stole my heart with this one! The striking shade of blue makes a statement all on its own, and then in combination with all the delightful details this dress has to offer - wow. Retro office wear really can be breathtaking in its own right. LABEL: Kenny Classics Made in USA The part of the tag that would list the fabric content is too faded to read. My best guess is that this is a poly cotton blend - it's soft, stretchy, and a touch on the cozy side - but has the smooth finish of a silky synthetic blend. Would best fit a modern size medium to large. Please refer to measurements below for best fit. *measurements were taken flat and doubled for bust, waist, hips, & wrist. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 17" Bust: up to 42" Waist: elasticized - flat 31", stretched 37" Matching Belt: 40" Hips: open to 48" Armscye: 10" Sleeve length: 23.5" Wrist: 8" Bodice (waist to shoulder): 17" Total length: 45" For reference, I am 5'11 and my measurements here are: 35-26.5-37.5" Garment is in fantastic vintage condition. There is a very slight pilling on the skirt and some areas of the bodice, it's very subtle and was even difficult to capture in a photograph.
