Early Pleasant Company Molly American Girl Doll 18" & Teddy Bear & Patterns

This doll belonged to an older lady who used her as a model to make clothing for pleasant company dolls back in the 90s. As such, she is in a beautiful homemade dress. Also comes with used but complete patterns and an American Girl teddy bear. Please see photos. All is in good, gently used condition but hair is a bit frizzy.
