Eaton vintage black dress

Size small or xSmall. Has elastic waist. Probably had a belt at one time as there is loops at each side so could interchange within many different belts . Red would look great .In great condition no marks or nicks . Some kind of nylon material , is thin so would probably need a slip underneath. 3 1/4 sleeves with button cuff and button at neckline with red insert, small shoulder pads. Measures Bust 34 —waist 24 with elastic not stretched. —shoulder to hem 40/41.
