Ebb To Street Lulu's Size 4 or 6?

GUC All tags removed. Grr Measurements are in photos. I bought these used. Unfortunately, they are too loose in the waist and cuffs at the bottom. ( not sure if the cuffs are supposed to be this wide?) No rips, stains, etc. Minor piling. Crotch good! lol Clean and smoke-free items. Fast shipping. Cat friendly home.
