Ecaille Paris Haute Couture Vintage: Rare & unique beige w/gold embellishment

Much much nicer in person. Timeless classy, original & elegant cut: will never go out of fashion. Vintage early 1990’s skirt suit fr/high end fashion label Ecaille Paris or Écaille Paris ™️. Label is famous 4 its excellent workmanship & its original & fancy designs, using noble fibres such as silk & wool. Made in France. Unique: on the net, did not find any of the same or equivalent Formal or semi-formal Nuptial feel Jacket: Embellished w/gold cords passementerie) on a mix of silk & wool worked as “damask on tweed” (not sure it is the right description, perhaps “brocade” ) in cream color. Mix of shiny & mat fibers. Cut so that design is mirrored on each side. Hues vary with light. Closer to truth are pictures w/the live model. Label as to nature of fibres, size & care removed. Big original gold flower buttons. Original décolleté Tailored Fully lined. Skirt: Same fibres & workmanship except that it is not embellished with cords, underlying designs are slightly different & hue a wee bit lighter. Tailored fr/waist by about 5 inches. Below knee length (approx., depending on how tall you are) Fully lined. Zipper at back Care 4 both: dry clean Measurements in inches when flat & approximate: Jacket- Shoulders (padded):17 Pit2pit: 19.5 Length:24 Skirt- Waist: (solid, not elasticized):14.5 Lenght: 23 Back kick slit:5.5 Condition: mild pilling (have to look carefully to notice) & one end of gold cord is frayed on the edge of inner panel (not visible when wearing)
