Eccentric colourful vintage Halloween scull table centrepiece display decoration

Well crafted late 90’s large bold spectacular display piece would be a great addition for indoor Halloween decor. Approximate measurements 16.5”h x 13.5”w x 15”l. Condition is good. I noticed a couple feathers have bent due to storage.
