Ecologie B&W Cotton Skirt Paris Scenes Fits Sz 6-8

Note that the skirt is BLACK -- my camera in close-ups tends to make black look grey. Black cotton pleated skirt fully lined with black cotton lining. White printed line drawings of Paris(?) buildings on outside. There are small belt loops about 2" down from the top -- almost invisible. Side zipper. Says size 4 -- but please see measurements -- I think it's bigger than that. Flat measurements: Waist: 14.5" Length: 24" Across hem: 28"
