Is it a tight small/any stretch to it?

@ltriley Hi! There is no stretch. 100% Nylon. I find this quite roomy. I can wear a sweater underneath, but it should be noted that I am usually an XS in tops. Pit to pit is 17”. Let me know if you want me to post additional measurements.
