Eddie Bauer Vintage Black Velvety Skirt

Beautiful black skirt with a velvet finish, hidden side zipper. Care tag says dry clean, but I have always washed it in a lingerie bag, cold water, gentle cycle, hang to dry and it is in like new condition. Only worn 3 times (weddings). VEUC Waist (laying flat): 14" Length: 25"
