Egyptian Silver Cufflinks Nefertiti Hieroglyphics

Very old set of silver cufflinks. I believe they are sterling silver, but the only stamp on them is quite worn out and not readable. Total weight 9.3 grams. Features an Egyptian person in a headdress, probably Queen Nefertiti, as well as some hieroglyphic markings. They are 5/8" x 1/2".
