Egyptian handcrafted hoodie

I got this as a gift from someone coming back from Egypt... no sticker, identification or size mentionned, but it seems pretty big... the fabric is stiff like canvas... buttons are made of wood and one of them is missing (it was like that when i got it)... there are also a few light stains (see picture) but I believe this was also there when I got it since I barely use it... it' WAY too big for me... armpit to armpit : 26" length : 28.5" sleeve length (from shoulder seam) : 22"
